Executive Communications

Where strategy
becomes a story.

Executive presentations, board updates, and PMO documentation for healthcare, health tech, and SaaS leaders who need complex work to land clearly with the people who approve it.

"Leverage synergies across the cross-functional roadmap to drive alignment on Q3 priorities."
"Here's the plan for Q3 — and why it works."
This is the job. Not prettier slides — the version the room actually understands.
About

I spent years building and presenting enterprise delivery and healthcare technology programs from the inside — as the person writing the roadmap, and the person standing in front of leadership defending it.

Clearline exists because most executive communication fails for the same reason: the strategy is sound, but the story built around it isn't. I fix that — for board updates, implementation roadmaps, QBRs, and the presentations that decide whether a project gets funded.

"I don't design slides. I build the argument the slides are supposed to make."
